Armed Civilian Trauma Casualty Care
Designed for those who carry every day and may be called upon to provide lifesaving measures in an austere environment. This course is a very interactive hands-on class that follows both the committee for tactical emergency casualty care (CTECC) and stop the bleed guidelines. We blend live fire training and lifesaving techniques to create an immersive training experience. Students will learn how to stop massive hemorrhaging by apply tourniquets and packing wounds, triage penetrating chest wounds, mitigate hypothermia, and treat different types of life threatening wounds until medical personal can arrive. This class is approximately 8 hours in length.
Pre-Requisites: Students must have good firearm manipulation skills. No medical training is required to attend.
